Amina Talmat Amar holds a PhD in Biology and works as a consultant and trainer specialising in healthcare and medico-social organisations. Her career combines extensive academic experience in research and teaching with operational expertise in supporting healthcare institutions. She also holds an MBA in Health and Social Care Organisation Management and works with organisations to support transformation projects, optimise performance, and foster a culture of quality and patient safety.

After several years as a lecturer and researcher in physiology and endocrine and metabolic pathophysiology, she continued her work in the hospital sector, contributing to strategic projects at Hôpital Foch and the Fondation Adolphe de Rothschild, before founding her consulting firm, Maya Solution.
