Institutional Panel
The Science Department is a hub for advancing knowledge about NPI. It brings together researchers from all disciplines, practitioners, users, and students.

- NPI evaluation methods,
- Ethical issues raised by NPI research,
- Implementing NPI in various sociocultural contexts,
- Writing NPI card.
It shares best practices for NPI research based on a standardized evaluation framework called the NPIS Model.
It identifies missing studies during expert reviews of the card proposed in the NPI repository. It develops a glossary of relevant NPI terms for the healthcare sector.
Prospective Department
The Prospective Department brings together all stakeholders in the NPI sector. It leads workshops open to NPIS members on socioeconomic development and NPI regulation. It shares feedback on NPI deployment, studies the bridging of the NPI framework with healthcare systems, disseminates NPI promotion strategies, publishes books, and produces relevant statistics on NPI.
The Department thus consolidates the NPI value chain and the alliance of stakeholders in a rapidly expanding international sector.
Training Department
The Training Department designs evolving training content for research and the multi-professional practice of NPI in all healthcare sectors.
- It brings together and leads a team of trainers of different nationalities, working in person and remotely in various languages.
- It awards certificates of competence in research and multi-professional practice at NPI, called open badges.
The Training Department works to improve the quality of NPI studies and multi-professional practices.
