Jean-Marc Petit has held senior management positions in the healthcare and medico-social sectors for more than thirty years. He holds a Master’s degree in Healthcare Facility Management and supports organisations through transformation processes, combining performance, quality of care and support for healthcare professionals. Since 2022, he has headed a prevention centre, where he develops institutional partnerships, leads innovation in prevention and contributes to the deployment of healthcare services tailored to local needs.

Throughout his career, he has managed rehabilitation clinics, psychiatric facilities and medico-social organisations, leading restructuring and certification projects, developing care pathways and improving quality of working life. Recognised for his expertise in change management, team leadership and strategic management, he works to develop more efficient, innovative healthcare organisations focused on patients’ needs.
