Karen Lambert-Cordillac is a Professor at the Faculty of Pharmacy of the University of Montpellier. A specialist in physiology and nutrition, her research focuses on the mechanisms involved in metabolic diseases, the effects of nutritional compounds on health, and the development of new evidence-based preventive approaches. She heads the Science Division of the Non-Pharmacological Intervention Society (NPIS) and the international doctoral platform “Nourish, Care, Protect”.
Deeply involved in research, education and knowledge dissemination, she supervises numerous doctoral and pharmacy students, contributes to several national and international research projects, and holds responsibilities within various scientific bodies. As President of the Association of Nutrition Educators in Faculties of Pharmacy, she actively contributes to advancing research and education in nutrition, as well as promoting a scientific approach to health and preventive interventions.
