Boris Tronc is a Senior Lecturer at the University after previously working as a financial auditor. A former student of ENS Cachan and a PhD in Management Sciences from Paul Valery Montpellier 3 University, his research and intervention focuses on the appropriation of standards in organizational management in order to improve quality, efficiency, and employee engagement.
