Alain Ducardonnet is a cardiologist and sports medicine physician, recognised for his commitment to cardiovascular prevention and the promotion of physical activity as a key driver of health. Following a hospital career with Assistance Publique – Hôpitaux de Paris (AP-HP), he also works in private practice and founded the Institut Cœur Effort Santé, dedicated to prevention, screening and patient support.

Highly committed to sharing medical knowledge, he is a health consultant for BFMTV and RMC, where for many years he has helped make scientific and medical information accessible to the general public. A former President of the French National College of Cardiologists and a member of several learned societies, he is also the author of numerous books and publications on cardiology, physical activity and health, and prevention.
